• In 2001 was a $200 Million privately held software vendor 
   
• Used Golden Gate Capital’s investment funds to begin buying software vendors that had large installed client bases or that had software solutions which could be sold into large installed client bases 
   
• Since 2001 Infor  purchased 35 software vendors (the largest software vendor purchase was SSA in August of 2006)
   
• Now sells over 200 enterprise software solutions organized into 11 tracks:
