Mel Cades, Principal - Mel along with Marilou has grown RC Search through years of refining a process for moving candidates through the ins and outs of the hiring journey.  He is adept and analytical in thoroughly detailing the training process that has resulted in candidates who are not just prepared for an interview, they drive the interview with confidence and fortitude.  Mel has an MBA from the Wharton School and a Masters in Teaching from the University of Pennsylvania. Mel has over 20 years of professional recruiting experience.

Doug Webster - Doug has been recruiting in the High Technology industry for over 25 years. Prior to recruiting, he was in sales and marketing management with AT&T, Lucent, and Siemens.Doug holds a B. A. -Business and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Chuck Kucserka - Chuck has 20+ years experience recruiting in the technology industry. He has worked with RC Search for 10+ years sourcing candidates for their clients. Prior experience includes Vice President of the Technology Division at Robert Grant Associates. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BA Liberal Arts.

Tejpal Mehta (Custom Software Solutions), Director of IT -  Tejpal oversees all back office operations for RC Search including in depth CRM management, website development, and IT support.  His background includes IT Support, custom software consulting, business development and electrical engineering.
