Job Description
BizTech is seeking highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our team. BizTech specializes in sales and service of Enterprise Software and Information Technology solutions. The position of ERP Sales Representative prospects for new leads while receiving leads from various sources. The primary responsibility for this position is to qualify all leads, identify the best opportunities worth pursuing, complete full sales cycles leading to an acceptable win ratio while achieving or exceeding sales quotas. The sales process includes maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and working with the BizTech sales team to enhance strategies that result in the successful selling of Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop territory sales plans for assigned market
  • Prospect, develop, close, and prepare appropriate documentation for enterprise sales contracts
  • Keep a daily record of calls and information requests sent
  • Pipeline development and management through CRM systems
  • Weekly summary updates on territory activity
  • Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to product managers and technical staff
  • Must be comfortable making presentations, proposals to prospective clients
  • Participating in company marketing meetings, weekly reporting
  • Closing new business

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Enterprise Software Sales will be strongly advantageous
  • Familiarity with ERP and the manufacturing industry is highly valued
  • Infor ERP VISUAL ERP or Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) sales experience is a major plus
  • Sales experience with other ERP software vendors (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IFS, QAD, PLEX)
  • Be open to 50% to 70% travel
  • Be able to navigate a very strategic sales approach to win new software licensing deals and projects
  • Have 4 or more years of experience in ERP sales or a degree in Business Administration/ Sales and Marketing
