Job Description

Responsible for leading the execution and analysis of unique, creative, impactful marketing campaigns to drive adoption of ignio. You’ll set the priority for marketing operations and analytics. You’ll be designing processes, building experimentation platforms, constructing performance metrics, and generating insights from campaign results.

Digital marketing is a key requirement as enterprise customers are moving towards researching online prior to engaging with sales and pre-sales. Strong understanding on how to connect web, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog, SEO, SEM is essential.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the enterprise software industry. You need to have the ability to partner with multiple teams to build and execute marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Working with multiple teams to create compelling, differentiated campaigns that can be used globally.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
  • Improve marketing ops strategies by carefully monitoring analytics, identifying best practices, managing collateral and liaising with all relevant functional business groups
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and customer segments through web analytics
  • Deploy best-in-class tools, tactics, and third-party services we may lean on as we grow, with emphasis on automating manual processes to achieve speed, reduce error, and enable scale

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and the latest marketing software like Marketo, SEM, SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, web, blog, analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Outstanding portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, digital and non-digital, that launched flawlessly, produced measurable results, and yielded compelling ROI
  • Knowledge of third party production services and logistics vendors to deliver marketing campaign production requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
