Official Job Title: CX Lead Partner

Job Description :

  1. Transformation Executive Lead / Program Lead / Practitioner – North America
    • 50% time for growing business; 50% for delivering business

Responsibilities:

  1. Owns & accountable for Key Executive Relationships
  2. Owns & oversees the TCS Engagement(s) in North America
    • Per the assigned Customer / Prospect engagements and agreed scope of work
  3. Demonstrates Organizational leadership and Thought leadership appropriate to the engagement; and hence create a “high-touch” customer experience throughout the engagement life cycle resulting in “Strong Customer References” & “Repeat Business” for TCS
  4. Lead / Assist (as available & assigned) in Demand Creation & Capture activities – Through, Transformational or Solution led or Initiative led etc.
  5. Assist in building a high-quality team who can achieve and sustain strategic growth
  6. Contribute to Practice Development – e.g. Assets, Methodology, Point of View / White Paper, Paper Presentations etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have led a practice that had revenues in the range of $50-$100 Million
  2. Must come from a top tier company (Big 5)
  3. Prior working experience ( 12 - 15 years) in North America – Business & / IT Transformation, Practice Development etc
    • Eight + Named Engagements & / equivalent Industry domain experience
    • Business Case development, “Improvement” Hypothesis, Business outcome measurement, Bench marking, Process Standardization / Harmonization etc.
  4. Related & Commensurate field experience and executive networking.
  5. Reasonable partner networking relevant to their role (like Oracle, SAP etc.)
  6. Prior experience in “Strategic / Solutions” led demand creation / demand capture
  7. Has managed team sizes 10 to 100; flexibility to handle virtual teams across time-zones
