Congratulations, we (Marilou & Mel Cades of RC Search) submitted your candidacy to CFI and their internal recruiter (Cindy Gillom) wants to telephone interview you.

We would like to prepare you for this Cindy Gillom telephone interview by

  • Providing you with more information about CFI
  • Coaching you so that you can deliver the “best interview of your life”.

Marilou & Mel will schedule your call with Cindy Gillom. After determining your and Cindy’s availability for the telephone interview, we will send you each an interview email invitation specifying the day and time for the call as well as the telephone number Cindy should call to reach you.

Cindy Gillom will speak with you for 30 minutes and is looking for your answers to the following questions:

  • Why are you interested in exploring an opportunity with CFI
  • How do your experience and skill sets match up with CFI’s selection criteria for the role for which you are interviewing.

Our interview coaching includes 2 chapters – one chapter specific to CFI and one chapter which provides generic interview coaching information that will help you with any interviewing you are doing with any hiring authority.

We suggest that you have the following documents in front of you when you telephone interview with Cindy Gillom:

  • The candidacy cover letter email we submitted along with your resume to Cindy Gillom. (Marilou & I should have already sent you a copy of this candidacy cover letter. If you do not have it, ask us to send it to you before your call with Cindy.)
  • The CFI Job Description for the position for which you are interviewing.
